Injection Neodymium Iron Boron(NdFeB) Magnets is a new composite material compounded between NdFeB magnetic particles and polymeric materials as plastic(nylon,PPS,etc.)Special techniques with special techniques,and then with injection molding techniques.Together with characteristics as high efficiency and high precision,etc.of high performance and injection molding of NdFeB,the new material and its unique technique make it have some particular characteristics.
1.It has both rigidity and elasticity,which can be made into rings,sticks,pieces for thin wall and various special complex shapes(such as stages,damping grooves,holes,locating pins,etc.),or small polar moment and multipolar magnetic poles.
2.It can enable magnets and other inserts(gears,bolts,irregular holes,etc.) as metals one-step molded,cranny and rupture don't likely occur.
3.The magnets requires machinery processing as cutting,etc;after molding,the tolerance precision is higher and the surface is smoother.
4.The utilization of polymeric material enables the product thinner and lighter;the momoent of inertial and starting current of motor are smaller.
5.The effective cladding of polymeric material on magnetic particle enables magnet with better anticorrosion effect.
6.Unique injection technique improves interior uniformity of magnet;the magnet surface has better magnetic field consistency.
